Standard Terms and Conditions for Website Design and Development by Online Growth Hub

At Online Growth Hub, we value our clients’ privacy and guarantee that we, and any subcontractors or re-sellers, will not disclose any confidential information to third parties at any time.
Fees and Deposits
Upon instructing us to proceed with website design and development, a 50% deposit of the total fee is required. The remaining 50% will be due upon completion of the work to your reasonable satisfaction. We reserve the right to postpone any work until the deposit has been paid in full. Please note that the 50% advance deposit paid is non-refundable as we book the domain and hosting on your behalf.
We understand that revisions to the original design are necessary, and we are pleased to offer this opportunity. However, we limit the number of design proposals and may charge for additional designs if there are changes to the original design specification. While minor deviations from the specification are allowed, any major deviations will be charged according to the variations.
Our shared hosting packages are intended for personal or small business websites and self-need email services. It is not intended for email services for large enterprises or hosting applications better suited to cloud, business or dedicated servers. If your project requires higher hosting or server resources, we might increase the hosting package or plan without prior notice. We would provide proof of the invoice billed under Online Growth Hub. If you deny paying the additional hosting charges, we have the right to discontinue the hosting after the trial period. However, we will provide a complete backup of the project if you want to host the site on your own server or any other third-party server. We might charge extra for additional manpower required to deploy or install the backup on any self-owned client server or third-party server.
Project Delays and Client Liability
We work within specific time frames and estimates that are dependent on your full co-operation and complete and final content in photography for the work pages. During the development phase, a certain amount of feedback is necessary to progress to subsequent phases. It is important that you appoint a single point of contact from your side and make them available on a daily basis to expedite the feedback process.
Approval of Work
After completion of the work, you will be notified and given the opportunity to review it. If there are any unsatisfactory points, you must notify us in writing within three days of notification. Any work not reported as unsatisfactory within the review period will be deemed approved. Once approved, the work cannot subsequently be rejected, and the contract will be deemed completed, and the remaining 80% of the project price will become due.
If you reject any of our work within the review period or do not approve subsequent work performed by us to remedy any points recorded as unsatisfactory, we may elect to treat this contract as terminated and take measures to recover payment for the completed work if we, acting reasonably, consider that you have been unreasonable in rejecting the work.
Upon completion of the review period, we will invoice you for the remaining 80% of the project balance.
Once you have paid us in full, we grant you a license to use the website and its related software and content for the life of the website. However, regular renewal of subscription is required on or before the expiry of the term.
We exclude all terms
