Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our binding legal commitment to transparent digital operations, strict data confidentiality, and fair consumer protection for all clients and users across India.
1. Custom Software & Web Development Deposits
Because web engineering and software development demand substantial upfront architect hours, UI/UX asset creation, and dedicated engineer sprint allocation, initial advance deposits (typically 50%) are committed directly to labor costs and are non-refundable once sprint work has initiated.
2. Digital Store Products & Source Code Downloads
Orders placed on our Digital Products store (scripts, templates, UI themes) are deliverable digitally via instant download links. Due to the irrevocable nature of downloadable source code, orders are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, unless a documented defect cannot be resolved by our engineering desk within 7 working days.
3. Third-Party Domain, Server & Advertising Expenses
Payments remitted for third-party disbursements (such as TLD domain registrations with registry authorities, dedicated cloud servers, commercial SSL certs, or Google/Meta Ad credits) are governed by those respective platforms and are strictly non-refundable under any circumstance once provisioned.
4. Project Cancellation & Settlement Timeline
If a client requests project cancellation prior to the completion of the first design mockup milestone, a partial refund may be granted minus incurred third-party charges. Approved refund requests are credited back to the original funding source within 5 to 7 banking business days.
