Our binding legal commitment to transparent digital operations, strict data confidentiality, and fair consumer protection for all clients and users across India.
1. Acceptance of Agreement
By accessing onlinegrowthhub.in or contracting web design, software development, School ERP, NGO Portal, or digital advertising services from Online Growth Hub, you unconditionally agree to be governed by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Project Milestones & Approvals
All custom engineering projects proceed according to structured sprint deliverables formalized in our written proposals or authorized WhatsApp confirmations:
- Phase 1 (Architecture & Design): Wireframing, database schema planning, and interactive UI mockups.
- Phase 2 (Core Development): Full-stack coding, payment gateway integration, responsive testing, and administrative panel configuration.
- Phase 3 (UAT & Launch): Client User Acceptance Testing (UAT), domain DNS propagation, and live production handover.
3. Intellectual Property Ownership
Upon 100% complete settlement of all agreed project milestones and invoices, all rights and title to the custom source code, databases, and graphical elements created specifically for the client transfer entirely to the client, excluding third-party open-source libraries or foundational agency engines.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for supplying necessary text copy, high-resolution logos, brand assets, and timely approvals. Delays in asset provision may extend project delivery timelines proportionally.
5. Legal Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or relating to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ballia, Uttar Pradesh, India.
